Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and servicing our commercial insurance clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for commercial clients, maintaining strong client relationships.

• Assess client needs, analyze insurance policies, and provide expert guidance to ensure proper coverage.

• Prepare and present insurance proposals and recommendations to clients.

• Monitor policy renewals and manage the renewal process, including securing necessary underwriting data.

• Handle client inquiries, claims, and policy changes efficiently.

• Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and rates.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and relevant regulations.

• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve client concerns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager in the insurance industry.

• Valid California Property/Casualty license

• Excellent knowledge of commercial insurance products and policies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details:

Annual Salary: $65,000 - $110,000
