This role is an exciting opportunity to use your commercial lines experience in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and managing the insurance needs of our insurance industry clients. This position requires a high level of client interaction, so excellent communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities: Managing and servicing an established book of business. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Processing policy changes, renewals, and new business transactions.

Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborating with underwriters and other insurance professionals to ensure the best coverage for clients. Managing and resolving client concerns and complaints, escalating when necessary.

Ensuring all client information and transactions are recorded accurately and promptly. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, products, and changes in the insurance market. Participating in ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably as an Account Manager. Proven experience in Commercial Lines insurance, specifically in the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong customer service skills, with a passion for providing exceptional client experiences. Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software. Must hold a current insurance license or be willing to obtain one within a specified time frame.
