A Commercial Lines Account Manager collaborates closely with agents and other account managers in providing ongoing support to their commercial accounts. The right candidate has roughly 3 or more years of experience working with middle to larger sized markets and maintain a book of business. This candidate would want to work in an atmosphere of skilled, motivated, happy people who work together in an environment of teamwork, loyalty, and mutual respect.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage service timelines with agents

• Work with different markets, insurance carriers, and underwriters throughout the quote process

• Follow up with different markets/underwriters for quotations, binders, policies, endorsements, etc.

• Quote new business with carrier rating software, websites and applications

• Create proposal booklets

• Working daily in our Agency Management System

• Daily ongoing deadlines and on-going projects/tasks

Requirements:

• Valid Property and Casualty license in Montana

• 3 Years agency experience

• Must have digital competence

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills

• Must have experience with carrier rating software

• Preferred bachelor's degree or higher

• Preferred experience with AMS360
