A Commercial Lines Account Manager collaborates closely with producers and other account managers in providing ongoing support to their commercial accounts. The ideal candidate would want to work in an atmosphere of skilled, motivated, happy people who work together in an environment of teamwork, loyalty, and mutual respect. Must be willing to obtain property and casualty license within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage service timelines with producers

• Work with different markets, underwriters, and staff throughout the quote process

• Follow up with different markets/underwriters for quotations, binders, policies, endorsements, etc.

• Direct new business throughout the team

• Create proposal booklets

• Develop and manager service timelines with producers

• Conduct workflow audits

• Prepare stewardship reports

• Daily ongoing deadlines and on-going projects/tasks

Requirements:

• Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license, within 90 days

• Must have digital competence

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills

• Must have experience with carrier rating software

• Preferred bachelor's degree or higher
