Commercial Lines Account Manager – Construction

Overview:

In this role, you will manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with clients and company personnel. Major Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a varied book of commercial businesses, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Prepare applications, process renewals, and market new business opportunities.
• Provide claims assistance and ensure accurate and timely processing of all account-related documents.
• Review compliance of all service items with underwriting guidelines and authority.
• Handle day-to-day service needs such as policy changes, certificates of insurance, and billing inquiries.
• Engage in professional development through seminars and classes to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
• Execute data entry and manage client information within our systems with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
• Support the Division Manager and team with other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Required: 2-20 license.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in an agency or similar industry setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with standard industry software.
• Industry designations or commitment to ongoing education is highly valued.
