Commercial Lines Account Manager – Condo

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring high-quality client service and satisfaction.
• Handle all aspects of account servicing including preparing applications for new and renewal business, marketing, claims assistance, and invoicing.
• Ensure all service items, such as policy changes and certificates of insurance, comply with underwriting guidelines and authority.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, producers, and company personnel, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Perform accurate data entry and manage client information in our agency management system.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development through seminars and classes.
• Support the Commercial Lines Manager and team with additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory possession of a 2-20 license.
• 1-5 years of experience in an agency or industry-related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with standard industry software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with a keen ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Industry designations or commitment to ongoing education will be viewed favorably.
