Commercial Lines Account Manager

Trimble-Batjer, an Alera Group Company, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their Property & Casualty team.

As an Account Manager, the focus of this position is to service a commercial lines book of business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and update policy changes based on client requests

• Prepare and issue endorsements

• Issue Certificates of Insurance/Evidence of Insurance

• Create and issue insurance ID cards

• Oversee policy renewals and client communications

• Process audits and prepare reports

• Manage policy cancellations and reinstatements

• Provide accurate quotes for new and existing policies

• Issue insurance binders

• Process and resolve discrepancies in invoicing

• Interact with clients, producers, and carriers to address needs and resolve issues

• Back-Up Duties: Assist with marketing, remarketing, and claims processing as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have commercial lines insurance experience (preferably in Texas)

• Property & Casualty License required

• Applied Epic experience is a plus
