Commercial Lines Account Manager

Manage and update policy changes based on client requests Prepare and issue endorsements Issue Certificates of Insurance/Evidence of Insurance Create and issue insurance ID cards Oversee policy renewals and client communications Process audits and prepare reports Manage policy cancellations and reinstatements Provide accurate quotes for new and existing policies Issue insurance binders Process and resolve discrepancies in invoicing Interact with clients, producers, and carriers to address needs and resolve issues Back-Up Duties:
