Commercial Lines Account Executive (Hybrid)

Job Description Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Commercial Lines Insurance Account Executive to join the team of a reputable insurance firm.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with commercial clients, providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving business results. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial insurance clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect. Conduct regular client reviews and assessments to understand their evolving needs, identify opportunities for additional coverage or risk mitigation strategies, and provide strategic insurance recommendations. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including underwriters and account managers, to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions that meet clients' unique requirements and objectives.

Coordinate policy renewals, endorsements, and claims handling processes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery and resolution of client inquiries or issues. Proactively identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling additional insurance products to enhance coverage and provide added value to clients. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and insurance partners. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., CISR, CIC) preferred but not required.
