You Are

Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients.

The Management Consulting Consultant/Manager designs and implements business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process.

The candidate will be a Consultant/Manager within the Banking Credit Consulting practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the wholesale lending industry.

Large wholesale lenders are investing heavily in modernizing their business and technology to optimize straight-through processing, enhance client and employee experience, and reduce cost of ownership.

Accenture is growing our practice to help our client navigate their transformational journeys. The Commercial Credit Consultant/Manager will be focused on supporting the development of our lending offerings and the delivery of transformational consulting projects.

Skills include:

  • Industry experience within business, commercial, or corporate lending segments.

  • Demonstrated business and technology expertise across the end-to-end Wholesale credit lifecycle spanning sales, origination, fulfillment, servicing, and portfolio management.

  • Successful track record of management and/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle.

  • Commercial lending platforms expertise (e.g., nCino, Loan IQ, AFS, ACBS)

The Work:

  • Become a trusted partner for clients looking to solve critical business problem

  • Define clients' business and technology strategy.

  • Develop world-class operating models for Wholesale credit institutions.

  • Deliver Wholesale credit systems implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.).

  • Develop of our next generation Wholesale credit technology offerings.

  • Build your reputation as an industry thought leader

Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $89,000-$130,000 and information on benefits offered is here.

Here's What You Need:

  • 3+ years relevant experience in management or technology consulting, and/or 5+ years of equivalent in the commercial banking industry

  • Experience working on project delivery in wholesale credit (sales, operations, origination, servicing, portfolio management, trading) with relevant systems

  • A Bachelor's degree

Bonus Points If:

  • nCino, AFS or Loan IQ expertise preferred, or other commercial credit systems

  • nCino or Salesforce certification(s)

  • You've got an advanced degree or financial industry certification

  • You've got experience selling and delivering financial services projects on time

  • Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday)
