The project coordinator will provide logistical support and will be responsible for overall management and coordination of project activities from task award to task closeout. This may include identifying interview locations/meeting spaces, team supplies, transportation, and data resources. This role would be with someone currently in or familiar with Sri Lanka to provide the proper logistics support necessary for the CLDP Evaluation Team. The coordinator will support logistical activities with the monitoring and evaluation of Sri Lanka's commercial capacities to ensure a competitive, transparent framework and processes for economic growth. This includes supporting monitoring and evaluation teams researching trade and investment policy, alternative dispute resolution, and intellectual property protection.
Demonstrated work experience in target country (Sri Lanka) where monitoring efforts are taking place
Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders of different backgrounds
Demonstrated ability to provide effective leadership, to manage teams and transfer advice and knowledge to team members
Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communications; able to effectively communicate in both English and target country language to a wide range of audiences
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and with a team-oriented environment
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize deliverables in a timely manner to meet quick turn around
