Commercial Intern, Operations and Learning & Development - LATAM

Full Time (Six Month Internship)

MAIN PURPOSE
The Commercial Intern will work with all collaboratos of the department, espeically with the Retail Operations Manager and L&D Manager. This person must have proven expeience in sales, be proficient in Excel and Power Point, and have analytical and multitasking skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail Operations
Invoice / commercial invoice: create shipping labels and commercial invoice when shipping items to the boutiques
Stationary orders: responsible to coordinate with copy express and boutiques for production and shipment
Art-of-living items and tools: Determine the needs, implement, follow-up and recevie feedback (boutique uniforms, groom uniform, music, Cartier champagne, boutique stamp, CRM gifts, etc.)
Operations Reporting
Follow up with boutique partners on any pending item (Ex: traffic, sales are being entered on time) and update dashbaord with KPIs
Assist the Retail Ops & Performance Manager in the organization of weekly calls (scheduling, sending invites)
Assistant the Retail Ops & Performance Manager in the organization of action plans and boutique briefs
Coordinate weekly communication
IT Support & Tool Maintenance
Give support to the External Boutiques & Watch Specialists in being the link between our stores and IT for the following tools:
My Catalog, My POS, new retail tools
create new users
Assist users with questions
Emails, iPhone & iPads
Open IT tickets for new passwords or reset of passwords
Follow-up with the sales staff
Give support to the sales staff with the set-up process / enrolling the iPhones in our internal system
Learning & Development
Provide support to the L&D team:
Sending monthly reports on My Learning, following up on usage
Organize seminars in all aspects
Track expenses
Support on presentations for Communique, MBR and Action Plans
Assist with training proofreading translations
Register each student and track the GIA development, sending reminders on the due dates
Send invitations for digital trainings among other tasks
Tech Support and Admin Tasks
Support the Commercial team with:
Process invoices and claims
Office supply ordering
Shipping (Fed-ex, communications to partners, etc.)
Printing (coordination with copy express and in-house)
Support Commercial team with meetings: monthly meetings, team meetings, partners meeting, market visits, etc. (scheduling, agenda, minutes, logistics)
Support in desigining Commercial presentations
Support department in the preparation and execution of events/seminars (internal and/or client events)
JOB PROFILE
Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin or Marketing. Master's Degree is a plus
Prior experience in business analysis, sales, and/or retail is a plus
Strong IT literacy with advance proficiency in Excel and Power Point
Fluency in English and Spanish required. French and Portuguese is a plus
Analytical skills - comfortable with figures

Excellent oral and written communication skills
People-oriented and team player
Ability to adjust to different style of people, cultre, background, etc.
