● Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance coverages.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
● Bachelor's Degree in Safety or related field, or equivalent experience.
● Professional certifications (CSP, OHST, ALCM, ARM) are a plus.
● Sitting at a desk, working on a computer up to 8 hours a dayWhat You'll Do: ● Oversee Quality: Lead quality assurance activities for assigned clients, ensuring our reports meet the highest quality standards. You'll create, implement, and monitor quality standards, conduct audits, and implement improvement strategies.
● Manage and Mentor: Guide and support a team of Independent Quality Assurance Representatives (ICQAs), fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
● Become an Expert: Develop deep expertise in client-specific requirements and industry best practices, serving as a knowledgeable resource for both internal and external stakeholders.
● Drive Improvement: Analyze performance data, identify trends, and proactively address areas for improvement. Collaborate with management to develop training materials and optimize processes.
● Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, field representatives, and ICQAs. You'll be a trusted partner, providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
● Embrace Technology: Proficiently utilize our risk assessment management platform to track and manage the survey review process. Leverage Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to optimize efficiency.Related Fields:While direct Loss Control experience is highly valued, we are open to training the right candidate with a background in related fields. These fields may include:

• Occupational Safety and Health: Professionals with experience in identifying and mitigating workplace hazards possess a strong foundation for a Loss Control role.
• Engineering (various disciplines): Engineers, especially those with experience in safety engineering, industrial hygiene, or fire protection, often have transferable skills in risk assessment and hazard analysis.
• Environmental Science/Health: Experience in environmental compliance and risk management can be relevant to Loss Control, particularly in industries with environmental exposures. 
• Insurance Claims Adjusting: Adjusters with experience handling property or liability claims develop an understanding of loss causation and risk factors.
• Risk Management: A background in general risk management principles and practices can be applied to the specific needs of Loss Control.
• Military Experience: Military personnel with experience in safety, security, or logistics often possess transferable skills in risk assessment and mitigation.
