Summary:
Provide the marketing, sales, and product support required for a successful and profitable sale. From the initial set up of a new customer to ongoing purchases. Maintain relationships with the Watsco Subsidiary businesses, Reps and customers across the USA and Canada. The number one duty of this role will be to support the National Sales Director's efforts in building the VRF business quickly, efficiently, and profitably. The employee is expected to work remotely and cover all time zones effectively with minimal travel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide pre- and post-order sales support to customers and their local sales team.
Develop existing accounts by providing information on products and programs offered by the company to the customer.
Handle incoming customer requests for quotes and product information from the National Director who may be traveling or hosting customer events.
Ensure timely order processing and confirmation of orders.
Provide post-sales follow-up as required.
Work with customers, outside sales, and internal/external suppliers to resolve issues as they arise.
Manage follow up of pricing lists/updates.
Assist with warranty parts look up and processing.
Provide applications and pre-sales support for customers.
Any other items as they may arise as directed by the National Sales Director.
