Randall Electrical Titusville Division is currently seeking Commercial / Industrial Electrical Foremen for projects in the Space Coast area / Private Space Industry / CCSFS / PAFB.

Minimum Experience Required:

• Five or more years of combined experience in commercial and industrial electrical work

• GED or equivalent diploma

• Must be familiar with proper use of PPE and OSHA rules applicable to construction sites

• Must have experience overseeing the work for a crew of 6 or more electricians

Desired skill sets include:

• Must have effective communication skills.

• Must be able to teach low skilled workers and ensure work is done expected quality

• Must be familiar with licensing and permitting requirements common construction projects

• Must have experience producing material requests.

• Must be capable of planning work two weeks in advance.

• Must have good knowledge of NEC requirements for common installations commercial projects.

• Capable of operating scissor lifts

• Possessing a journeyman license is a plus.

• OSHA 10 or 30

• Capable of operating forklifts and excavation equipment

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, see and respond to dangerous situations, safely climb ladders while carrying tools/items, work in extreme weather, and properly wear personal protective gear.
