The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our commercial clients in the Richmond, VA area. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. The opportunity is a 6-month contract to hire. Key Responsibilities:

• Service HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining repair and maintenance procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices. Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HVAC service technician, preferably in a commercial setting.

• EPA HVAC Cert

• Clean driving record
