Commercial Hvac Service Technician

Job Description Job Description JLK Mechanical is a HVAC company that provides Commercial and Government contracted work at multiple locations. We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Commercial Technician to join our team If you have past experience in an HVAC service technician role and hold an EPA certification.

A team player who is comfortable working independently, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must Responsibilities • Trouble shooting HVAC components and resolving issues. • Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters or refilling non-toxic refrigerants. • Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction • Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks, using pressure gauges and leak detectors. • Test electrical circuits or components for continuity using electrical test equipment • Repair or replace defective equipment, components or wiring • Communication with dispatch and supervisors when needed • Adhere to OSHA safety regulations • Daily job reports and photos of job when applicable Qualifications: • 5 years of commercial experience in the field. • Experience working on Boilers ,Chillers and Roof Top units from 2 - 70 tons. • EPA certification is a must • Ability to provide own set of tools • Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 50 pounds • Valid driver license and driving record in good standing with DMV • Complete a background check and drug testing Benefits • Health Benefits • 401K package • Paid time off and Holidays • Prevailing Wages • Company vehicle Company Description JLK Mechanical is a full-service heating, cooling and electrical commercial contractor.
