Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial HVAC Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to generate and close business opportunities in the commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, facility managers, engineers, and business owners.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients. Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging HVAC technologies. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet both company and customer objectives. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Cross-selling within Plumbing, Fire Protection and Controls Qualifications: 4 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales or a related field. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry standards. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed. No C2C
