Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE

In the development and scaling of CD and Serialization+ program and the ongoing development of the Chile PoC, the regional Commercial & Go to market owner for CD & Serialization+ will be responsible for ensuring enough data is gathered from the regions to feed the requirements for building and completing the business case for the region in which they are focused in. The owner will ensure that the new business model is feasible and executable, lead the portfolio of actions with customers and commercial teams.

The role will also be a key contributor to the strategy and change management leadership across the digital programs, particularly ensuring regional customer value is prioritized and delivered.

MAJOR / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead communication with customers, commercial teams, and customer experience teams to share insights & opportunities from CD & S+, as well as internally with regional teams

  • Lead on all discussions and deployments with the manufacturing and retail commercial teams

  • Oversee and track the success of deployments and own the value delivery

  • Own the budgets and 4YP on the commercial side

  • Explore opportunities and new segments with mitigated risks utilizing Cd & S+ data

  • Map exceptions to One-way trips and assess impact (pallets reutilization by retailers, exchange flows, etc.)

  • Own the development of new customer focused service offers & value propositions ensuring shared value is maximized

  • Design and deployment of successful go to market and launch activities to accelerate customer engagement and value realization

  • Support recommendations, redefine requirements to the hypothesis team, own the risk management outlook for the pricing stream of the regional business case

  • Be a role model for the agreed behaviors of the team and Brambles, the voice of the customer across the team, and be passionate about the customer experience

  • Establish deep working relationships across the company to help invent progressive and world class ways to launch and realize shared value of new services

  • Work in an agile way to ensure we turn events into learning, learn by doing and deliver increments of value at least monthly

  • Set priorities and direct SME activities within the program for the pricing team and function

  • Ensure the test pipeline continuously to iterate depending on findings

  • Connect with Global capability owners to deliver consistency with appropriate localization needs

  • Advise the program manager on whether the outputs and outcomes will lead to the realization of the benefits

  • Interface with other function representatives and manage resourcing

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree (STEM) or equivalent industry experience

Desirable Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

  • 5-7 years of CHEP, retail or FMCG supply chain experience - detailed knowledge of market challenges, customer needs and value drivers (related to value pools: Asset & Productivity / Supply Chain & Network / Commercial & CX)

  • Experience working through agile practices and procedures

  • Entire product / project lifecycle with the release of value

  • Good understanding of the data and digital landscape as it relates to supply chain and the FMCG/retail industries

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Drive results and seek consensus

  • Analytical and presentable, excellent documentation skills

  • Ability and willingness to make decisions when needed

  • Ownership mindset - both within functional deliverables to project and of overall program delivery
