Who are we looking for ?
The position is responsible for supporting the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of financial data for Element Solutions' various businesses in the Americas region. Additional responsibilities will include calculating salesperson commissions under various incentive plans and supporting forecast and budgeting activities. The position reports directly to the Shared FP&A Manager

What will you be doing ?
Monthly sales and product line reporting and analysis
Consolidating, analyzing, and uploading distributor end customer data
Calculating internal and external commissions
Generating and analyzing daily sales activity for SAS and Circuitry businesses
Preparing monthly OPEX variance analysis and assisting with quarterly forecasting activities
Maintaining up to date salesperson & territory assignments by business, assisting with product rationalization efforts, and monitoring customer pricing trends
Assisting with capital expenditure reporting and analysis as well as other ad hoc requests
What competencies will you need ?
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
1-3 years of business analysis experience
Knowledge in Oracle Planning, Essbase, HFM
SAP / JDE systems experience a strong plus
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, PowerBI experience a plus
Ability to perform under time pressures, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize work appropriately
Prior experience in a multinational manufacturing or chemical company preferred
