Estimated annual base pay: $85,994.00 (minimum) - $107,492.00 (midpoint) - $128,990.00 (maximum)

What You Will Be Doing
Standardizing and incorporates best practices of the Sales, Inventory and Operations Demand Presentations
Standardizes and incorporates best practices of the Long Range Plan, Profit Plan and Forecast Reporting
Consolidates Quarterly Marketing Material from the plant sites
Drives consistency and continuous improvements in processes, tools, formats and templates
Collaborates with the Sales and Marketing teams to provide key analyses and recommendations
Partners with leadership to develop, maintain and standardize reporting to Corporate and the Board of Directors
Explores, mines and experiments with sales and variable cost information to answer critical business issues and provide recommendations to the organization
Provides ad-hoc reports for decision making and business assessments at a glance
Routinely and proactively conducts detailed sales and financial analysis to minimize surprises and reports on root causes and remediation plans.
Ability to present to all levels of personnel
Work with Pricing COE to ensure correct prices are in LRP
Terminations
Supply Chain Negotiations/contract renewals: where parts are used, are parts OE or AM, when do the contracts end, can we recoup the increases and if so when, customer contract flow downs
Supply Chain Escalation clauses
Establish processes for measuring Service Cost Guarantees (SCG's)
Coordination of Aero Shipset quantities
Large OE Legacy Contract Negotiations: Gather historical sales/cogs information and future cost information. Look at historical BLS indexes to see if you can use the data to support price increases. Look at Similar to Parts prices if available to solidify Woodward's positions. Analyze cost increases so sales can use information for negotiations
Know the customer and supplier contracts to support the efforts above
Inform the various finance directors of the negotiations/projects being worked and how they will impact their businesses
What We Are Looking For
Bachelors Arts/Science Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
2 or more years in an accounting/financial role
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
