Overview
The Commercial Finance Manager will support the delivery of Indonesia commercial finance planning including overseeing the rolling forecast submission, variance analysis versus plan, and productivity for overall business. The incumbent will be partnering with Sales, Marketing, Control, and Demand planning team to support commercial operations and provide financial insights that support decision-making and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
We will count on you to:
Establish key performance indicator and track monthly sales performance including providing variance analysis versus forecast and plan
Monitor and control the costs of trade spending, fixed and variable selling costs, and A&M costs, including optimizing resource allocation to maximize profitability
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Marketing team to provide financial insights that support decision-making and drive business growth
Assess financial assumptions, risks, and investments to be incorporated into the PL scenario for operational decision-making, and subsequently tracking changes in assumptions during execution
Drive strategic planning process for Sales, selling costs and A&M costs for OCF Indo-Snacks; Chiefly ZBB
Qualifications
What you need to have?
5+ years' experience in Commercial Finance, FMCG - Food and Beverage
Experienced with SAP and any cloud-based systems
Excellent functional knowledge of Commercial processes in FMCG (Food and beverage business)

Masters of Accounting/Finance subject. A professional qualification is preferable.
