The leader/manager of business development and financial sales for healthcare equipment finance is responsible for the overall coordination and leadership of all sales and marketing efforts at Chemical Commercial Finance, Healthcare Equipment Finance which results in maximizing the Chemical Healthcare Equipment Finance business unit's operating performance and achieving its financial, budgetary and overall operational goals. The position is also responsible for creating, sustaining and monitoring internal partnerships, as well as external customer relationships.


  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university or equivalent experience is required.

  • Additional education is a plus.

  • 10+ years experience in sales and marketing required.

  • Management experience is required.

  • Proven track record in selling products and generating revenue is required.

  • Define standards, policies, procedures, measures, and organizational enhancements to meet company goals for marketing, sales, and partner management.

  • Establish, in coordination with the President of Commercial Finance market and target customer strategies for the Company.

  • Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.

  • Drive and maintain strategic partner relationships as well as relationships with 3rd parties.

  • Establish key performance indicators for sales, marketing, and partner management.

  • Mentor sales and marketing employees to cultivate skills and to ensure that sales objectives are met and exceeded.

  • Monitors all direct reports in order to ensure they are adhering to all policies and procedures set forth by the Company.

  • In cooperation with Chemical leadership and Human Recourses, establish compensation, training, short and long-term goals and sales incentive programs for direct reports.

  • Develop pricing, terms, and conditions for customers and external partners.

  • Directly manage critical customer accounts.

  • Develop department budgets and sales forecasts.

  • Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the Company's customers in order to meet the objectives of overall business plans and strategies.

  • Responsible for the consistency and accuracy of the team's sales demos and communications with customers.

  • Represent the company at various tradeshows to promote products and services.

  • Directly manages the healthcare Senior Account Executives.

  • Provides overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, guidelines and applicable laws. These include: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

VIEW JOBS 12/8/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-08T00:00 Business Relationship Manager – Finance In this critical role on AlixPartners' Program Management Office team you will have global responsibility for the strategy, execution and support of initiatives for the Finance and Accounting. This position is the liaison between the Information Technology and Finance, working to develop multi-year capability roadmaps, strategic plans and specific business cases for initiatives for these functions and then manages the execution of those initiatives according to the program management standards promulgated by the Technology PMO. The BRM role will both a deep knowledge in the functional area and technology acumen that supports solving business problems and enabling achievement of goals. The Business Relationship Manager - Finance is a full-time role reporting to the Director, Technology Programs with a preferred location of Southfield, Michigan; New York, NY is also a consideration. Paid relocation may be available for this position. Key Responsibilities: * Participate in and report back on guilds, institutions, or other BRM networks and groups. * Support and enforcement of IT PMO processes and systems. * Oversight of project management of initiatives in the Finance, Treasury, Accounting, etc. spaces, providing communication back to business areas on their projects' status; project management for reasonable initiatives in the absence of project manager. * Collaborate on development of strategic plans, roadmaps, business cases and prioritization of Finance system initiatives and tasks * Liaison between IT and Finance for operational and other related technology issues. * Lead portfolio planning and develop annual portfolio plan and estimates for each initiative (effort and dollars); support the cross prioritization of initiatives across functional areas. * Represent business area(s) to technology at all levels of governance (sustain, projects, programs, cross-functional initiatives, etc.) * Collaborate on evaluation of vendors and development of new systems requirements; Manage vendors providing technology services and systems to Marketing/BIC. * Attend workshops, seminars, webinars, conferences, industry and other sources of technology-specific advancements, capabilities, and functionality that can specifically support, solve problems, or advance the cause of the business-area represented; build and maintain technology acumen. * Additional responsibilities as identified. Qualifications/Requirements: * Bachelor or Master's Degree in Information Systems or a related field is required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree(s). * A minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 5 years in Project Management, Business Relationship Management or Business Analysis. Experience in an established consulting firm as a consultant is a plus. * Certification in Program Management such as a PMP is preferred. * Certification or membership in Business Relationship Management or Business Analysis network, organization, or other preferred. * Process and detail oriented with ability to grasp the big picture. The ideal candidate would be a creative and innovative person with a demonstrated track record of collaboration. * Must be a polished presenter and have a good executive presence. * Must work full-time; primarily out of the Southfield office is preferred. Travel, including International travel, up to 25% may be required. * Good facility with general MS Office tools and Project Management tools is desired.
