I. Summary

The leader/manager of business development and financial sales for healthcare equipment finance is responsible for the overall coordination and leadership of all sales and marketing efforts at Chemical Commercial Finance, Healthcare Equipment Finance which results in maximizing the Chemical Healthcare Equipment Finance business unit's operating performance and achieving its financial, budgetary and overall operational goals. The position is also responsible for creating, sustaining and monitoring internal partnerships, as well as external customer relationships.II. Essential

II. Duties and Responsibities.

  • Define standards, policies, procedures, measures, and organizational enhancements to meet company goals for marketing, sales, and partner management.

  • Establish, in coordination with the President of Commercial Finance market and target customer strategies for the Company.

  • Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.

  • Drive and maintain strategic partner relationships as well as relationships with 3rd parties.

  • Establish key performance indicators for sales, marketing, and partner management.

  • Mentor sales and marketing employees to cultivate skills and to ensure that sales objectives are met and exceeded.

  • Monitors all direct reports in order to ensure they are adhering to all policies and procedures set forth by the Company.

  • In cooperation with Chemical leadership and Human Recourses, establish compensation, training, short and long-term goals and sales incentive programs for direct reports.

  • Develop pricing, terms, and conditions for customers and external partners.

  • Directly manage critical customer accounts.

  • Develop department budgets and sales forecasts.

  • Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the Company's customers in order to meet the objectives of overall business plans and strategies.

  • Responsible for the consistency and accuracy of the team's sales demos and communications with customers.

  • Represent the company at various tradeshows to promote products and services.

  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

III. Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly manages the healthcare Senior Account Executives. Provides overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, guidelines and applicable laws. These include: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

V. Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university or equivalent experience is required.

  • Additional education is a plus.

Experience

  • 10+ years experience in sales and marketing required.

  • Management experience is required.

  • Proven track record in selling products and generating revenue is required.
