Commercial Field Service Electrician

Job Duties • Installation of wiring and conduit through buildings for HVAC equipment including line voltage and low voltage sensors. • Commissioning of new ventilation and HVAC equipment. • Troubleshoot and replace faulty components to include motors, controls, VFD's. • Develop and maintain service schedule • Prepare and submit job reports and invoices daily • Sell and develop Preventative Maintenance programs to potential and existing customers. Job Requirements: • At least 4 years experience in electrical wiring in commercial and industrial spaces. • Ability to read ladder diagrams, schematics, and site drawings. • Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use of power and hand tools. • Work in outside conditions. • Use of ladders for roof access • Ability to work in a demanding environment.
