YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
Support execution of Brenntag strategy and business development through information processing, business intelligence and advisory
Strategic projects management (e.g. price and margin improvements, promoting value added services, etc.) in line with BSP and BUs strategy
Establish performance metrics and goals for commercial teams, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive individual and team performance improvement
Support implementation of IT business enablers (CRM, CGE, Business Intelligence system, etc.), development of enhancement, drive adoption and change management
Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the commercial organization, leveraging feedback and data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement. Cooperates on execution of Excellence program in dedicated Business Unit.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of commercial teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, IT/digital and operations to align commercial strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and internal teams to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives
Prepare and present reports and updates on commercial performance, initiatives, and key insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders as required
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of commercial initiatives, providing insights for decision-making and continuous improvement
Digital revenue management and value drops of all digital investments focused on commercial area

YOUR PROFILE
Education and Experience:
Master degree in Business/Marketing related subject
Understanding chemical distribution business, internal and external processes
5 years experience as commercial excellence role, business analyst or controlling, alternatively as sales manager, or similar
Proficiency in using digital tools, especially CRM, ERP and reporting tools
Effective communication and fluent in English
Think strategically whilst still alive to the task-related requirements
Analyze and interpret data and then make sound directions
