Job Description:

As a Commercial Epoxy Installer, you will be responsible for the preparation and installation of epoxy flooring systems for commercial projects. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure that installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for epoxy installation, including cleaning, grinding, and repairing as necessary

  • Mix and apply epoxy coatings according to manufacturer specifications and project requirements

  • Ensure proper curing and finishing of epoxy surfaces

  • Operate and maintain installation equipment and tools

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members

  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an epoxy installer, preferably in commercial settings

  • Knowledge of different types of epoxy coatings and their applications

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various conditions

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in related fields are a plus
