Responsibilities for the Commercial Electrician:

• Perform all general electrical service calls for commercial clients.
• Build trust and rapport with customers, providing expert recommendations for products and services.
• Educate customers on finance options and maintenance plans.
• Exceed revenue goals by delivering exceptional service and meeting service criteria.
• Represent the company professionally to gain referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for business success.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in training exercises, meetings, and industry events.
• Mentor apprentices to ensure quality repairs and installations.

Requirements for the Commercial Electrician:

• Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• 1-3 years of commercial electrical experience.
• Proficiency in electrical techniques, including hardware, junction boxes, circuit breaker units, trace lines, and wiring diagrams.
• Highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Integrity, professionalism, and excellent customer relations skills.
