Commercial Electrician – Leadman – What You Will Do

You will work on commercial job sites – commercial buildings, medical offices, universities, retail centers, parking structures - within Houston and the surrounding areas (no overnight travel!) Ideal schedule is 6:00am - 2:30pm schedule, depending on jobsite.

• Lead the electrical crew on jobsites
• Perform 2 week look ahead on projects
• Manage materials for projects
• Communicate with General Contractor (GC) regarding specs, change orders
• Examine and inspect construction sites, work progress, and equipment
• Ensure that work is safely performed to project specifications

You will drive your own vehicle and tools to job sites.

Commercial Electrician – Leadman – You Must Have:

• Previous experience in a commercial electrician role leading a crew (Journeyman or Leadman)
• Provide your own tools to use at the jobsite
• Reliable transportation for travel to and from the jobsites
• This role requires successful completion of a drug test and background check prior to start date

You will take a skills assessment to determine your level of experience and rate of pay.

Compensation $26 - $35 per hour + potential for overtime (dependent on your level of experience) and additional bonus potential. May include vehicle stipend.
