The foreman will oversee a team of electricians, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians in various commercial projects.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical work activities.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

• Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols.

• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Qualifications: - Journeyman or Master Electrician license.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial electrical work.

• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
