ABOUT THIS POSITION
As a Sales Effectiveness Coach, you will be a key member of the Commercial Enablement and Talent Team. As a team, we empower frontline sellers to exceed their annual plans, foster a high-performance growth culture, and drive long-term value throughout the organization.
In this role, you will partner with sales leaders and your peers in operations and enablement to improve sales outcomes. They accomplish this through training, coaching, and mentoring for new hires and existing sales team members.
You will work closely with our solutions and systems trainers to ensure learning is applied and sales outcomes are achieved. Your role will be a vital part of our overall onboarding process reinforcing selling skills, tools knowledge, and process adherence. You will help to create and implement training programs and coach strategies for both new and existing team members.
You will assess performance, perform needs analysis, and make recommendations on training and coaching plans based on your observations and performance data. You will assist in other trainings and programs as they arise throughout the organization including opportunities to contribute at our annual Sales Kickoff meeting. You will maintain an in-depth and broad knowledge of Waystar KPIs that are critical to go-to-market initiatives and strategies. As a member of the Enablement team, you will also be trained in areas of selling skills, tools, industry knowledge, and our solutions in order to maintain the highest level of effectiveness.
Our successful candidate will have a combination of leadership, experience with sales process and methodology, and the ability to motivate employees of varying seniority. Additionally, the candidate should have hands-on experience in developing others to improve their work quality, productivity, retention, and overall ability to achieve quota.
This position can be remote, but to be successful in the role, our candidate would need to be in the Louisville office 1-2 days per week with additional time based on identified training/coaching opportunities.
