Position Summary

Responsible for providing superior customer service through safe, effective, and timely delivery of parts and tires to all commercial customers. Responsible for safely operating a delivery truck of less than three (3) tons and ensuring the delivery load is stacked, padded, and properly secured. This position will be expected to perform additional related job responsibilities as needed and assigned, such as assisting in store operational activities when deliveries are not being made. This position has been designated as a safety-sensitive position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of properly operating and maintaining the commercial delivery truck. This includes obeying all state, county, and local laws; reporting accidents, incidents and/or violations or traffic citations.

  • Ensure all delivery loads are stacked, padded, and properly secured.

  • Verify the load accuracy against the Bill of Lading and acquires the appropriate signatures. Writes customer orders and provides instruction when necessary.

  • Load and unload product on the delivery truck by hand, hand truck, or dolly.

  • Expected to collect cash and checks from commercial customers. Follows all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund and return policies.

  • Provide important information to the Commercial Sales Specialist regarding competitor promotions, pricing, and feedback you receive from current commercial customers.

  • Effectively communicate with all store associates, management, and customers.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

  • Valid driver's license without any DUI's.

  • Successful completion of drug and background tests.

  • Ability to read instructions, policies, procedures, bills of lading, and product descriptions and complete forms (write)

  • Must have basic knowledge and understanding of mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.

  • Ability to apply mathematical formulas to calculate commissions and discounts.

  • Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Strong verbal communication skills.

VIEW JOBS 12/10/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-10T00:00 The Commercial Loan Officer monitors commercial real estate loans for performance and repayment ability as well as underwrites/services commercial participation loans using credit union guidelines as well as all other applicable laws and regulations to ensure sound loan quality and minimal risk or loss to credit union. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Analyzes appraisal reports to ensure sound valuation conclusions. * Analyzes updated property cash flow statements to determine actual and potential cash flow. * Analyzes updated business tax returns, credit reports, and financial statements to determine cash flow, profitability, business value, and sound borrower accounting and reporting practices. * Analyzes updated personal tax returns, personal financial statements, and consumer credit reports to determine borrower financial ability and likelihood to pay. * Performs periodic review of funded commercial real estate loans. * Conduct periodic site visitations on the commercial properties and report recommendations as to the loan grades and required actions to management. * Underwrites commercial loan participations analyzing the repayment ability, collateral coverage and risk based pricing including other required due diligence. * Analyzes stress test as to both cash flow management and property valuations. * Assists in loan loss reserve recommendation. * Maintains loan servicing for commercial, participation and SBA loans. * With the guidance of the Manager, Business Lending, proposes workout and liquidation plans for the commercial, participation and SBA loans. * Ensures that loan servicing file is current and properly documented. * Reports updated market studies for both geographical locations and types of properties for commercial real estate. * Ensures that loan policy and procedures, services and products meet federal and state regulations as well as investor requirements as applicable. * Maintains orderly files with attention to complete and accurate detailing of all problems or correspondence. * Maintains open communication with existing business members. * Reviews title policies, environmental reports, and other data. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Must have 3 years commercial real estate underwriting or credit analysis experience * Must have direct experience with underwriting new loan originations, multi-family and commercial real estate. * Must have working knowledge of California and Western US real estate markets. * Must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook; Internet Explorer; Word and Excel. Experience with Realm Argus is a plus * Successful completion of RESPA, FCRA, Reg B, and Reg Z classes within 90 days of employment (to be provided by LFCU). * Bachelor's degree (B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college with an emphasis in finance or real estate. Formal credit training from a national or regional bank preferred.
