Our Exciting Opportunity!
We are seeking a Commercial Director to act as an authority in commercial matters to secure long and short-term profitable business for Ericsson. With a pivotal role in account partnerships, you will be defining commercial strategies, handling negotiations and taking key commercial decisions. Furthermore, your contribution will aid in the development and deployment of new business models and commercial strategies to bolster future revenues and margins.
You will
Develop and be a phenomenal partner within the team and across organizations to include Business Areas (BAs), different Customer Units (CUs) Market Areas (MAs).
Participate in commercial customer negotiations as needed.
Define Commercial Proposal Strategies to Secure profitable sales and growth.
Secure 100% compliance
Ensure and align commercial proposals and Sales Process with global guidelines.
Drive commercial management completion, to include preparing and presenting reports of commercial trends and market dynamics.
Advise and guide commercial management functions.
To be successful in the role you must have
Bachelor's degree at minimum, MBA preferred.
8-10 years of demonstrated experience improving and developing business models & commercial strategies to enable future revenues and margins.
Negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Financial understanding
Fundamental leadership competence, with organizational change management capabilities
Consultative selling skills
Experience with Salesforce
