YOUR ROLE

Join our Bid&Solution Team! We are a group of specialists supporting key bid projects. With us you will have the opportunity to work with the best experts from Poland, Germany, India and other Capgemini countries. As a Commercial Contract Management Support you will be part of the local Bid Team and part of the virtual Sales Team of Capgemini Germany. You will be primarily responsible for support sales teams in pre-sales process.

YOUR TASKS

• support sales teams in pre-sales process;
• governance and maintenance of frequently used templates for proposals;
• check and analysis of updated contract templates provided by the customers;
• support the collection of necessary documents for the proposals (e.g. certificates, data protection templates, etc.);
• support in risk assessment;
• ensure that the contract documents are completed and available for upload to the contract repository;
• operational commercial support (e.g., checks on incoming purchase orders);
• contract administration with Capgemini's central contract repository (Symfact database).

YOUR PROFILE

• have minimum a bachelor's degree in economics or a comparable qualification;
• you are fluent in German and have a good command of English;
• you know MS Office very well, and in particular excellent knowledge of Word & Excel;
• you are reliable, self-disciplined, organized and have advanced skills of analytical thinking and problem solving;
• quick understanding of complex relationships, good analytical skills, and a special affinity for numbers;
• independent work with a high-quality standard.
