Commercial Construction Superintendent/Field Supervisor

Job Description Job Description Experience: -3 - 5 Years, Pay is based on experience and will consider entry-level to experienced applicants for the position

• Past commercial construction superintendent experience preferred, but will consider any relevant construction experience, and those looking for an opportunity to learn new skills and pursue new opportunities

• Relevant educational experience beneficial but not required Responsibilities: -Oversee and manage commercial construction projects from beginning to end

• Maintain project schedule and budget

• Maintain and monitor quality control standards and design requirements

• Collaborate architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

• Provide regular progress updates to project manager, owner, and design team, compiling relevant data and effectively communicating with all stakeholders

• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all project team members to ensure efficiency, effective communication, problem solving, and positive outcomes for customers

• Demonstrate leadership, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and tact
