Lead Superintendent (Healthcare, Ground-up) AHCA Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent for a healthcare construction, ground-up project.

This position will be responsible for planning, scheduling, organizing, and overseeing all onsite construction activities from start to finish. The Lead Superintendent must ensure that all construction activities meet AHCA regulations and are completed on time and on budget. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all construction activities onsite, including subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and other parties Plan, schedule, and estimate project timelines and budgets Implement safety procedures in compliance with AHCA regulations Resolve construction issues and ensure quality control Maintain communication with project stakeholders and report progress Ensure all project documents are distributed and requests are addressed Qualifications: 5 years of experience in construction, including healthcare projects Thorough understanding of AHCA regulations Strong organizational and communication skills Highly developed problem-solving and leadership abilities Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
