Job Description Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent with a robust background in healthcare projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all phases of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and regulatory requirements are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Lead and mentor construction teams, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative work environment. Review and approve project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and daily reports. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on healthcare projects.

Proven expertise in managing large-scale commercial construction projects, with a strong understanding of healthcare facility requirements and regulations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
