We are looking for a skilled Superintendent with extensive experience in commercial construction and a focus on restaurant projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. Superintendent Responsibilities:

Oversee daily on-site operations of restaurant construction projects Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction crews Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and building regulations Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction Superintendent Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically with restaurant projects Proven track record of managing successful restaurant construction projects Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Knowledge of local building codes, health regulations, and safety standards Proficiency in construction management software and tools Superintendent Benefits: Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Professional development opportunities How to Apply:
