Job Description The Superintendent is responsible for planning and managing the construction site to ensure that the work is completed to safety and quality standards and stipulated contractual obligations. Utilizing knowledge of building methods, materials, and sequencing, the Superintendent provides daily oversite to direct the activities of Company and subcontractor personnel.
The Superintendent may be assigned to a specific scope within a large project ($100m or greater), or they may be the lead superintendent on engagements ranging from $5m to $50m.
