Local Atlanta-based projects requiring no travel Growth opportunities within the firm About Our Client Our client is a small, well established general contractor based in Atlanta and focuses on commercial construction within the Atlanta area. Job Description Oversee and manage daily construction activities on the job site.

Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being performed to specifications and quality standards.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and timesheets. Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track.

Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients. Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications. Ensure all necessary permits and inspections are obtained and conducted.

Manage on-site personnel and subcontractor workforce. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in construction is preferred Proven track record in supervising commercial construction projects, with several years of experience in a similar role. Ability to lead and manage on-site personnel and subcontractors effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, architects, engineers, and project managers.

Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Meticulous in ensuring all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
