The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management. Proven track record of managing commercial projects such as retail, office buildings, or industrial projects, preferably with budgets ranging from $1 million to $10 million. Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Pennsylvania.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
