Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job Description A premier construction firm dedicated to delivering exceptional projects across various sectors is looking for a motivated Construction Project Manager to join their team. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects.

Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.

Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues. Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field. 8years of experience in construction project management. Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and regulations. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
