Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Project Manager Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects Develop project timelines, budgets, and work schedules Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Manage subcontractors and construction crews Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction Project Manager Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred Proven track record of successfully managing multiple commercial construction projects Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations Project Manager Benefits:
