Commercial Construction Project manager Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of ground-up , addition , and renovation projects ranging from $5-$15 million . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing diverse commercial construction projects while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

Project manager Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through project close-out. Oversee ground-up , renovation , and addition projects in diverse sectors including retail , restaurants , healthcare , education , and municipalities . Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure successful project execution.

Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Lead project teams and ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met. Project Manager Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial construction project management. Proven success managing projects valued at $5-$15 million . Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in budgeting , scheduling , subcontractor management , and client relations . Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
