We are looking for a Project Manager with a background in construction management (degree preferred but not mandatory; training and certification provided). The ideal candidate will excel in a collaborative setting and have a solid grasp of project management within the specified sectors. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee various projects from start to finish.

Work closely with the executive team and directors, who are involved in all projects. Create and maintain a positive team atmosphere that reflects our core values. Facilitate the growth and development of team members while promoting independence.

Participate in company events and activities that enhance workplace culture. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up commercial projects (full lifecycle). Background in multifamily, education, healthcare, retail, restaurants, grocery, hospitality, or industrial sectors. Strong leadership and communication abilities.
