Developing comprehensive project plans outlining project objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals Developing project budgets and forecasts, monitoring project costs, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures where possible Ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints throughout the project lifecycle Developing project schedules and timelines, monitoring progress, identifying potential delays, and implementing strategies to keep the project on schedule Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Allocating resources effectively to support project requirements Managing staffing needs, equipment procurement, and subcontractor selection Optimizing resource utilization to maximize project efficiency Implementing quality control measures to ensure that construction activities meet industry standards and project specifications Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues promptly Identifying potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes Proactively addressing safety concerns and regulatory compliance issues Ensuring that proper insurance coverage is in place for the project Maintaining regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and regulatory agencies Providing updates on project progress, milestones, and any issues or concerns that may arise Providing leadership and direction to project teams, including project managers, engineers, and support staff Fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability Reviewing and negotiating contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Ensuring that contractual obligations are met, and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise during the project Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation in project management practices Implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
