Job Description Commercial Construction Assistant Superintendent A well-known and respected General Contractor in Atlanta is looking to add an Assistant Superintendent to join their rapidly growing team. This company develops a wide range of commercial construction projects, typically in the $10M-$100M range.

Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or a related discipline 6 years of experience with a large-scale commercial contractor or equivalent industry experience Experience building high-rise residential and/or mixed-use projects successfully from start to finish. In depth knowledge of the construction process including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, manpower, etc. Experience with a large-scale commercial contractor or equivalent industry experience with increasing levels of responsibility Demonstrated ability to lead field operations Working knowledge of applicable regulations (i.e., OSHA) Benefits:
