Project Manager NAIGT Cards Automation

The NA Infrastructure and Global Testing manages Operational Readiness and User Acceptance Testing for domestic and global projects that span multiple products and regions, such as CitiDirect, White Labeling, CFX, Global Billing, Identity Management, Citi FT, Commercial Cards and others. Members are involved in all aspects of projects from requirements gathering through implementation, and may have the opportunity to interface with GTS Sales, Product, Technology, Client Delivery, Operations, Third Party Vendors, Customers and others.

Roles/Responsibilities -Project Management

  • Manage multiple small to medium projects or own work-streams within larger projects both regional and global in nature throughout the Project Management Life Cycle, from requirements to go live.

  • Communicate and coordinate verbally and in writing to project team members and key stakeholders. Lead conference calls and produce meeting agendas, materials and minutes.

  • Create project plans, track progress, identify issues and facilitate solutions.

  • Facilitate development of new or enhanced cross-functional process flows and procedures and ensure they are tested.

  • Maintain close relationship with UAT and monitor testing progress and results.

  • Establish and utilize leadership capabilities and negotiation skills to successfully work with local and virtual teams and vendors.

  • Serve as liaison between technology, product management, and operations.

  • Develop, deliver or assist in scheduling System or Process Training where appropriate.

  • Assist with promoting the business strategies defined by management.

  • Perform duties within the ethical and compliance guidelines of the firm.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans in support of Project leads or other project stakeholders for large, cross-functional projects as well as smaller projects.

  • Maintain communication lines with all stakeholders to keep them informed and to escalate appropriately.

  • Assist Product and/or other Project Leads or Project Managers in tasks supporting large scale and/or global projects through a thorough understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology by which Citi manages its major technical projects.

  • Independently interface with diverse operational and technical groups, assisting in translating business requirements into support processes while providing recommendations to optimize operational procedures and minimize risk.

  • Perform analysis of current and proposed technology and business processes.

  • Conduct and participate in UAT Scenario walkthroughs, UAT script reviews, identify any gaps and ensure closer of gaps prior to commencement of UAT.

  • Monitor UAT defects and resolutions.

  • Support UAT/Client Ops Readiness efforts.

  • Document user manuals, training guides and perform training as necessary.

  • Manage interdependencies to ensure the success of all projects.

  • Effectively operate in a multi-faceted and constantly changing environment, with the responsibility for management of multiple project tracks of changing scope and priority on a frequent basis, without the aid of static technical requirements documents.

  • Effectively and efficiently operate in a deadline driven environment in order to meet the "live-to-market" dates.

  • Plan, obtain stakeholder feedback, and guide the execution of PVT (Production Verification Testing) across all functional areas for both technology testing and process validation, tracking and resolving issues and re-testing all changes prior to Pilot or Production turnover.

  • Monitor customer issues and advocate for ongoing process improvements.

  • Ensure operational workarounds/gaps are tracked and worked to closure via technology enhancements or process improvements.

The role will provide business analytical project / programme support across all projects - regional and global initiatives in the TTS Infrastructure Cards space, working in conjunction with Product, Operations, Technology, Projects and other business partners. Responsibilities: * Execution and facilitation of business analysis activities for projects part of Commercial Cards pipeline. * Analyze the need and the problem statements coming from business and help them construct robust business requirements. * Create or gather business case as might be required to assist Head of Projects to support release prioritization. * Identify opportunities for process improvement aligned with Global Team strategy. * Integration of current processes with the changes required to expand the Product base and enhance processing capabilities. * Lead Business enhancements discussions at concept stage using the best techniques at a time. * Lead & Manage requirements scope and apply the required change control process. * Work and collaborate across teams and units to ensure the scope covers the end to end process. Discuss & agree with technology partners on the best solution approach. * Creation, maintenance and coordination of project documentation, specifically related to scope management. * Review functional specifications and technical design documents, test cases and test results to support the scope end to end when requested. * Ensure completeness of delivery from a solution and readiness perspective. * Provide SME assistance and support to Wholesale cards operations and projects along with general operations management support as it might be required. * Support Knowledge library database creation and maintenance following the SME pathways. * Manage critical issues and escalate to management when required. * Timely reporting of work stream progress on a regular basis. Qualifications Requirements: * Business Analysis experience preferable in finance industry. * Business analyst experience in Operations & Technology project world. * Experience with design and presentation of process maps, process diagrams. * Experience in traditional requirements as well as user story format. * Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems; strong influence & negotiation soft skills. * Experience using requirements management center or other tools within the field. * Formal qualification (IIBA etc.) will be an advantage. * Exposure to previous Project Management & SDLC as a plus. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels. * MS Project, Visio, Power point presentation skills * Fluent English both written and spoken, other languages are a plus.
