As a Commercial Card Account Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal and external clients in managing and maintaining commercial credit card accounts. You will assist with onboarding, troubleshooting, and optimizing the use of commercial card platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service. Responsibilities: Support colleagues in providing superior service to clients, interfacing with all levels of management.
Onboard both Consumer and Commercial Credit Cards in the TSYS Credit Card System. Set up Commercial Card Clients in the CentreSuite online banking platform. Assist clients in navigating and utilizing CentreSuite (aka Commercial Card Online/CCO) by:
Unlocking passwords Setting up users on CCO Ordering cards (rush and non-rush) Addressing inquiries on non-fraud disputed charges and decline reasoning Resolving payment-related questions and troubleshooting error messages Managing alerts and generating reports for internal and external use Educating clients on self-service functionalities Ensure compliance with CNB CBTs and adhere to legal and regulatory changes. Provide support for various Card Product operations, including both Commercial and Consumer Credit Cards. Deliver ongoing education and assistance to existing clients who are not yet utilizing CCO.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of banking experience, with at least 1 year in Credit Card Operations. At least 1 year of experience in supporting and maintaining Commercial Credit Cards. Minimum 1 year of experience onboarding and/or maintaining credit cards via the TSYS Credit Card System (TS1 and TS2 preferred). At least 6 months of experience servicing clients via the CentreSuite online banking platform for Commercial Credit Cards.
