The Credit Manager partners with Relationship Manager(s) to successfully manage a portfolio of Corporate Banking credit relationships. Grows revenue as directed by senior portfolio managers by successfully closing new credit relationships and credit related facilities, retaining and expanding credit relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities include: underwriting all types of credit exposure, managing an assigned credit portfolio, documenting credit actions and timely preparation of credit reviews, successfully closing new business relationships and expanding existing relationships, managing credit risk and responding to prospect or customer credit questions and making independent calls on assigned portfolio of relationships. Secondarily, provides customer service, participates in sales calls with Relationship Manager(s), and identifies customer needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Eight or more years of commercial lending experience with exposure to commercial credit deals

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of commercial lending and credit standards, policies, procedures and products

  • Knowledge of auto dealerships, floorplans and/or CRE

  • Well-developed relationship management and business development skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills

  • Good negotiation and networking ability

VIEW JOBS 3/12/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-10T00:00 The Equipment Finance Credit Analyst is responsible for approving the extension of credit for Technology Leasing opportunities, and/or make recommendations to the person(s) making the final lending decisions on new, renewal and extension loans or leases to approve or deny the extension of credit. The Credit Analyst will conduct complete credit analyses including gathering, analyzing and interpreting all types of credit information on existing and prospective customers. You will have the ability to utilize your extensive communication skills to partner and work with Bank and Sales team members. The Credit Analyst also reviews customer accounts and portfolios in order to identify, evaluate and determine the appropriate course of action on potential credit quality issues in order to maximize credit quality and minimize risk and potential loss to the company.
