Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

BILLING AND PRICING

Establish and maintain commission grids including researching errors and updating new launches and price increases.

Audit and analyze commissions including providing commission corrections to the Billing Department.

Establish Standard Operating Procedures to ensure that commissions, billing, and pricing are delivered timely and accurately. Implement the procedures defined and provide continuous improvement to defined processes.

Monitor and analyze T&E data, providing timely and accurate T&E reclasses and ad hoc analysis.

Assist in Canadian price list conversions and questions for the Commercial business.

Team Lead to provide solutions for billing, commissions and pricing problems focusing on Customer Commitment.

Monitor and analyze No Charge Flooring data, providing timely and accurate No Charge Flooring reclasses and ad hoc analysis.

Establish and maintain pricing including researching errors and updating new launches and price increases.

Oversee price list maintenance for Commercial and Burke.

Team Lead in generating online billing connections and develop procedures, including posting invoices into portals for select customers.

Generate SAP Billing and Pricing reporting.

Monitor and release pricing blocks for Commercial and Burke.

General clerical duties: i.e filing, typing up memos, helping to answer phone, etc.

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • 7 + years of Billing and Pricing or Related Experience

  • Associate degree (helpful)

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook; SAP; and SFDC.
